We want you to be confident in RecruitIQ. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your initial subscription purchase.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order details from your purchase confirmation email, or contact us through the in-app support contact and we will help you with the request.
Cancellations & renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal. After cancellation you keep access through the end of your current paid billing period; you will not be charged again. We do not provide automatic refunds for unused time on renewals after the 30-day window, but if a renewal was charged in error or you cancelled and were billed anyway, contact us — we'll make it right.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry for a short period. We will show a notice in the app asking you to update your payment method. If the payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be cancelled and access will end at the close of the current billing period.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country.
